The Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference                                                                 
considering CSHB 267(FIN) and SCS CSHB 267(FIN) recommends                                                                      
the following be adopted:                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
      CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 267                                                                                      
      "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                                               
      expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                            
      program; and providing for an effective date."                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
The report was signed by Representatives Austerman (Chair), Stoltze,                                                            
Gara; and Senators Kelly (Chair), Meyer, Hoffman.                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
The report was received in the Chief Clerk's office at 11:58 p.m.,

Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that Rule                                                               
42(c) of the Uniform Rules be waived.  There being no objection, it                                                             
was so ordered.
